Video game publishers are frequently trying to find ways to stop pirates from getting their hands on their games and slipping them out on the internet, so cheeky little monkeys can download them for free. However, the pirates mostly seem to get their own way, leaving the publishers rueing both the lost revenue and loss of face.

This time though, Ubisoft might have come across the perfect way to put off those pesky pirates from nicking their hard work for nothing: slap a vuvuzela track over everything. The video below shows how those who pinched Michael Jackson: The Experience (although why you’d want to do that is unknown, really – it’s a cack game) get a good blast of World Cup sounds. But not only that, they also won’t have any of the button prompts needed for the game. Sneaky.
