People are spending less time on social networking sites, according to new figures from Comscore. Facebook, MySpace and Bebo all saw their “average minutes per user” figures fall in December 2007, although total user numbers carried on growing.

Does it mean we’re deciding what we want to do and cutting out all the poking around the edges, or are we just getting bored with the whole thing? There’s a “leaving MySpace” campaign floating around, and as Facebook gets more customizable it might not be far behind.
