More PS3 news

The last couple of days have been a bit of a bumper day for PS3 news. First we had sneaky rumours about PS3 250GB bundles, then we had leaked documents about that and the release date for the console’s motion sensor thingy.

Luckier gaming folks than us got to test out the peripheral at the Tokyo Game Show in the wee hours of this morning, and Sony sent out a press release, although it still officially refuses to give us an exact release date or a name – it’s still tentatively called Motion Controller.

However, amid all the guff we already know (check the link below for the full PR speil), we do have a list of games slated for 2010 that will support the Motion Controller, whether just compatible or dedicated to teh new technology. These are:

  • Ape Escape (Working Title)
  • Echochrome 2 (Working Title)
  • Eccentric Slider (Working Title)
  • Sing and Draw (Working Title)
  • Champions of Time (Working Title)
  • Motion Party (Working Title)
  • The Shoot (Working Title)
  • Tower (Working Title)
  • PAIN
  • Flower
  • Hustle Kings
  • High Velocity Bowling
  • EyePet

The final five will have Motion controlling added via network updates. We’re all a-flutter at the potential fun to be had.
