Guitar Hero World Tour endorsed by people who hang out with musicians
Guitar Hero World Tour, which features a wireless drum application, has been given gold stars by celebrity sticksmen Stewart Copeland (The Police), Chad Smith (the Red Hot Chili Peppers) and Travis Barker (Blink-182).
Speaking on YouTube Copeland said "With the drums, they have reduced the huge drum-set which is a pain in the neck to carry around, a pain in the neck to set up and somewhat of a pain in the neck to play," said Police drummer Stewart Copeland. "They have reduced it to something that you just pull out of the box and plonk and it is ready to go. You don't even have to plug it in. It is wireless."
Guitar Hero World Tour, from the makers of Guitar Hero, will feature a drum kit, a guitar, and a microphone. It is set to be released on both the PS2 and the Wii in October. Although there seem to be some issues over the price of Guitar Hero World Tour which looks set to retail at around £100 making it more expensive than Rock Band and it's still not clear if gamers will be able to use Rock Band's instruments for Guitar Hero's new offering.Guitar Hero World Tour gets talked up
