Have you got World Cup fever yet? NO? Well tough, because you’re going to be hearing a hell of a lot about it over the next month or so, so just suck it up and deal with it, yeah? Good. For the rest of us who literally cannot wait for the WORLD BLOODY CUP to start tomorrow, here’s a little video that Google has done for us via its Google Earth thingy, which gives you a 3-D tour of all the stadiums you’ll be seeing on the telly over the next few weeks.
It’s pretty cool, even though it’s not just like being there, and there are some natty little features on Google Earth that give you more of a feel for the stadiums and the areas that surround them. We think the best one is The Historical Imagery Layer, which allows you to use a slider that will show you the grounds at the various stages of their development. Not only that, but you can even create your own with Google Building Maker. Neat.
