Facebook has made major improvements to its video service which was launched back in 2007. While users can upload videos from other sites onto Facebook, the social networking site is hoping that its own service will grow in popularity.
Videos from Facebook can now be embedded on other sites, but the social networking site has added a privacy setting. As with all features on Facebook, users can decide who exactly gets to see their videos, just their friends or any members of the wider public.
Facebook appears to be continuing its world domination of social networking sites and it will be interesting to see if its improved video service can challenge the position of MySpace and YouTube.
