EA hoping for Clean Sweep

Electronic Arts really are going for it in their battle to make Medal Of Honour the first-person-shooter of choice. The company announced that the game has been a storming success, selling 1.5million copies in just five days, and now they’ve revealed to fans that they’re releasing some free DLC for the multiplayer, which includes a brand new game mode, two new maps and two redesigned old ones.

Called Clean Sweep, the new mode sets up two teams of wannabe soldiers and gives them four minutes to wipe the other team out, with no respawning. It sounds pretty cool, although is obviously only for the hardcore shooter expert. We can’t imagine it being a huge amount of fun watching everyone else go at each other for three minutes and 50 seconds.
