Call of Duty: table topper

Activision really must be rolling in some serious dough right now. The UK charts for both the PS3 and Xbox 360 for this week have been released, and Call of Duty: Black Ops has climbed back to the top of the Xbox 360 pile, despite the recent release of critically acclaimed blockbuster Assassin’s Creed: Brotherhood. That’s pretty impressive, and sure to be filling Activision’s coffers something rotten.

Meanwhile their game held second place in the PS3 charts, which is hardly surprising it was up against Gran Turismo 5, a video game fans waited half a decade for. Fifa 11 and AC: Brotherhood bringing up the rear here too, with Need For Speed and Medal of honour also putting in respectable showings on both formats.
