Billing balls-up

Ah, T-Mobile. You never fail to disappoint. First you tried to limit what your customers could do with their 'unlimited' data plans, and now you're billing them for calls that are supposed to be free.

Specifically, calls to voicemail. According to CNET, 'Up to half a million T-Mobile customers have been charged for calls they didn't make thanks to a month-long glitch in the mobile network's billing systems.'

The bug charged customers for checking their voicemail, which is supposed to be free. CNET estimate half-a-million customers have been overcharged.

T-Mobile say they'll credit customers who've been overcharged. We say if you're on T-Mobile, check your last bill and if you've been charged for voicemail calls, make sure you see the credit on your next bill.
