Bill dodgers tracked down on Facebook
A group of Australian bill dodgers were tracked down on Facebook after doing a runner without paying their tab at a Melbourne eatery.
The restaurant, called Seagrass, was left with an unpaid bill of AU$520 when five customers ate course after course before disappearing out the door for a fag only to be never seen again. But one of the diner's had stupidly asked about after a friend who worked as a waitress at Seagrass.
That's where Facebook comes in. Restaurant manager Peter Leary asked the waitress for her mate's name, put it through Facebook and tracked down the culprits. They all worked in another Melbourne restaurant. Epic fail.
