Another comedy gaming peripheral

It seems to be a busy period for stupid-looking gaming mice. A few days ago we told you about the Razer Nostromo, a bizarre-looking gaming mouse-&-keypad from the shaving-named manufacturer. Well, for those who don't need as many buttons - i.e., everyone - but do want that teenage-boy sci-fi sheen, now there's the Razer TRON mouse.

Designed, as you might have guessed, to coincide (read: cash in on) the new TRON: Legacy sequel, it's a normal mouse with shiny glowing blue bits. In fairness, though, Engadget reports there's more than hot looks to justify the $100 asking price: 'you'll get a 5600dpi 3.5g laser sensor, seven 'Hyperesponse' buttons [and] an ambidextrous design.' Yeah, we hate it when our mice only work with one hand. Though, thinking about it, that's NEVER HAPPENED.

Anyway, if you have more money than sense, the TRON mouse is available now, with keyboard and (groan) mousepad soon to follow.
