A Flash of genius

Now that we’ve all seen what the soon-to-be-released iPhone 4 and its new iOS4 firmware can do, apart from making you cups of tea (white two sugars please) without having to leave the sofa, there can’t be many more things that hard-to-please fanboys want from their smartphones. Well, you’d think would be the case anyway....

Many nerds around the globe have spent lonely nights in their bedroom attempting to crack the Flash enigma code, but finally it looks like one of them has struck gold.

Details are thin on the ground, but what we do know is that a developer named Comex has posted a video of his iPhone running Adobe Flash. Be warned, the only means of doing so would mean the obligatory jailbreak which means invalidating you warranty. So if you have any future problems then don’t go crying to Apple to ask for a new one.
